Premium Black Whiskey

The finest New Zealand Black Whiskey has been aged for over four years in an ex-pinot noir barrel from central Otago. We then heavily char the barrel in-house to give a deep colour and flavour.
You will notice the caramel and pinot noir flavours and charred oak that give this whiskey a great American flavour.
Before we bottle this whiskey it is filtered through manuka charcoal to add greater complexity for your palate. Enjoy this great American style whiskey.
